The Bank also extends Overdraft (i.e. O.D.) facility against the securities of premises. Here, the equitable Mortgage of premises offered should be done first. The value of the premises taken in to account after the valuation is done by the Bank?s Valuer and the credit limit is sanctioned accordingly.
